Join KettleBella Fitness for a fun-filled "Sip and Swing" class! Grab up to 9 of your girlfriends for a KettleBody class followed by mimosas and refreshments. During the KettleBody class, you will learn the basics of training with a kettlebell, the benefits of utilizing a functional training program, and how to make the most of your workout. No matter your fitness level, this class is a great way to train and have fun!
Package includes: 60-minute class followed by a light brunch after. All members of the group must be 21+. Class date and time will be mutually agreed upon on a Saturday or Sunday after regularly scheduled classes.
