WELCOME TO RE2024, a September to REmember!

Our annual fundraiser, RE is always a super fun event, but this year will be the best yet because we're celebrating turning 15 years old!

In 2009, Noel Haacker's brain and heart gave birth to Renesting Project, Inc.- a nonprofit furniture bank whose motto is to reclaim, renew, renest. Since then we've served over 2,200 households with gently used furniture and household items. We have so much wonderful history and it's time to celebrate it!

Silent Auction

To get updates about your bids, auction item releases, and other event info sent straight to your phone text "re2024" to 76278. And don't worry! You can participate in the auction whether you're in attendance or not!

Payment

Auction items must be paid for using the "Pay" tab, we cannot accept cash for auction items. To make checkout easier, you can add your payment information at any time by visiting the "My Info" tab.

Payments must be completed before any won items are picked up. Failure to pay by Sunday, September 22nd at 4 PM will result in the forfeiture of your items. No exceptions.

Item Pick-Up

You won! Now what? Visit the pay tab, consider adding a donation to your cart, check out, and then pick up your items!

The night of the event
Once you see the "PAID" stamp across your invoice, find a board or staff member at an auction table and they will help you gather your items. BE ON THE LOOK OUT- if the item you won includes a gift card it is NOT with the item and needs to be picked up separately at the front of the building. DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR GIFT CARDS!

Sunday, September 22nd
Bidding from home or heading to the after-party? Come by the Nest (1331 Driftwood Drive in Bossier) on Sunday between 1 PM and 4 PM to pick up your items! Your invoice must be paid. You can send friends or family to pick up items for you, but they must have a screenshot of your "PAID" stamp. 

Please note: Renesting does NOT ship or deliver auction items. The winner is responsible for collecting their winnings. Items not picked up by 4 PM on the 22nd will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited without a refund. Winners are responsible for loading large items into their vehicles, make sure you bring help!

Tax Deductions

Renesting Project is a 501c3 organization. The amount purchased over the fair market value is tax deductible.  Fair Market Values assigned to items are estimates only.  Please consult your tax professional for guidance.
