20th Anniversary Extended Hands Food Bank Neighborhood Block Party Fundraiser

Extended Hands Food Bank (EHFB) serves low-income families from Fountain Hills, northern Scottsdale, the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, and Rio Verde including the zip codes 85250, 85254, 85255, 85258, 85259, 85260, 85263, 85264, 85268, and 85269. EHFB serves a diverse group of clients including the working poor, those who cannot work due to chronic or acute medical issues, victims of domestic violence, Ukrainian refugees, the elderly living on social security, veterans, single mothers with young children, adults who have lost their jobs and are in transition, the homeless, and others who qualify for food assistance.

EHFB has seen a substantial increase in number of people seeking our assistance in 2023. EHFB is hosting a Neighborhood Block Party Fundraiser on April 6, 2024 to raise the funds needed to meet this increasing, as well as to raise funds for a new refrigerated truck to pick up donations from local grocery stores.
