You must register to place bids, purchases, or make a donation.

2. Enter the required information.
3. Click Create my GiveSmart Account.

Once registered, click the blue link within the Welcome text message or personal link button from within the Welcome email to access the campaign.

Bid

1. Access the campaign - Click the blue link within the Welcome text or personal link button from within the Welcome email.
2. Choose item - From our Home page, click "Items" , browse or use the dropdown menu to view categories, then select an item.
3. Choose amount - Use the pre-populated minimum bid or enter a higher amount.

Auto bid - Select AUTO BID, enter the highest amount you are willing to bid. The system will place minimum bids for you as needed until your designated amount.

4. Click Bid

ALL ONLINE BIDDING CLOSES AT 8:30 PM on November 4th.

Welcome to Sacred Heart's 31st Annual Fall Gala!

We invite you to join us for a flashback through the years, where you will experience a rockin' decades party!

We are so blessed to have a generous network of parishioners, school families, and community members who work together to make this event successful. We cannot thank you enough for sharing your time, talent and gifts with Sacred Heart throughout the year. Your efforts and generosity do not go unnoticed!

The mission of Sacred Heart School is to educate and prepare students to be responsible Christians with the skills and virtues necessary to learn for a lifetime while serving God, their country, and humankind. The Fall Gala, with your support, allows our school to carry out its mission and positively impact our students, families and community for years to come.

As attendees of this year's Decade Party, you will be treated to an evening of legendary fun and fellowship! We invite everyone to enjoy the delicious food, drinks, live & silent auction, photo book and dancing to music by DJ Chris Samsel! You will also have a chance to 'give back to the future' in support of the students and staff at Sacred Heart School!  

Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite decade from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or 90s!

 
If you pay by credit card, we ask that you cover your transaction fee to ensure more money goes towards our mission. A credit card is required when registering, however, you are able (and we highly encourage you!) to pay by cash or check upon checkout when the event ends to avoid this fee.

5:00 - Social Hour

6:00 - Pasta Bar Dinner catered by Teresa Steuben

  (Options of steak, pork, chicken, shrimp and crab; caesar salad; bread; ice cream parlor)

7:30 - Live Auction

8:30 - DJ & Dancing

 
$100 raffle tickets are available for purchase by contacting Lisa at the school (712-262-6428) or Susie at the church (712-262-3047). There will be Ten - $250 winners, Five - $500 winners, and 1 $5,000 grand prize winner!

Proceeds from the Fall Gala go directly toward school improvements for the staff, students and building! We hope to purchase a new reading curriculum which costs over $30,000!

We appreciate the support given for this event each year by school and parish families and community friends!
