Reissdorf Kolsch: Authentic Kolsch from Cologne (Koln), Germany. Top fermentation with several weeks of cold maturation. An elegant beer designed to be pale in color, soft on the palate, with a restrained fruitiness, and a delicate dryness in the finish.

Smog City Infinite Wishes Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout: Infinite Wishes is aged for 1 year in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels and is an absolute force of nature, inspiring folks from across the Southland to (virtually) line up by the hundreds. This inky, jet-black stunner is everything you expect from the style seamlessly weaving together char and vanilla from the barrel with dark fruit, caramelized sugars, and a wallop of decadent chocolate. This stout is big and burly, yet not syrupy sweet. It packs an intensely expressive bourbon character, yet the finish is a mild warming sensation belying the strength of this beast.

Cellador Saison du Rosier: It's moderately bitter and hoppy with little acidity and very high carbonation; packaged in green 375s with cork and cage, and bottle conditioned with local orange blossom honey. Perfect for sipping any night of the week.

Orval Trappist Ale: Orval is brewed unfiltered by Catholic monks at a monastery founded in the 1100s in the pastoral Belgium countryside. Three different malts and two types of hops, & Brettanomyces yeast, impart a great character and complexity.

Russian River Brewing - Pliny the Elder West Coast Double IPA: Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, Cascade, Warrior, and Simcoe hops. Well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol. Slightly bitter with aromas of citrus, pine, and floral.

Collection of California Sales Tax: Unless a valid resale permit is presented to seller prior to the sale, purchaser will be required to pay all state and local retail sales taxes applicable on the date of sale - amounting to 8.25%. Resale permits will be accepted only for businesses that are reasonably expected to buy and sell alcohol. Sales tax will be collected on the purchase price of each tangible item included in an auction lot.
