Parallel Napa Valley Apres Wine Tasting: Parallel Napa Valley, often referred to affectionately as "the ski wine," was founded in 1999 by four couples from Park City, Utah. The friends, all avid skiers with a life-long appreciation of wine, wanted to create a wine that reflected these passions. Working from the very beginning with rockstar winemaker Philippe Melka, they have been able to achieve just that. Their love of the sport and parallel lives and friendships, that have coalesced over the past 40+ years, are reflected in the intersecting ski tracks of the Parallel label.

Private, tasting experiences are hosted by appointment only at their winemaking and hospitality home, Brasswood Napa Valley in St. Helena, CA. Included in this experience are their three highly rated current releases: Russian River Chardonnay; Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon; Black Diamond Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon along with one special pour from the Library Collection.

Your host, their General Manager / Partner, Adrienne Smith, is a Culinary Institute of America trained chef and sommelier, who has made a special selection of curated small bites and cheeses from the Brasswood Bakery to perfectly pair with these stunning Philippe Melka wines.

Rare access inside the transformed H.W. Helms Ghost Winery from the 1880s at Dana Estates. Guests will taste a curated selection of 3 wines that showcase their journey through wine. Tucked away at the northern point of the Rutherford Bench; DANA Estates is also the home of ONDA Cabernet Sauvignon & VASO Cellars. Since 2006, they have farmed their four estate vineyards (Helms, Hershey, Lotus & Crystal Springs) and have written the story of these two unique sister brands of DANA Estates. Now, it is time to share their stories with you.
