Welcome to Peach Creek Ranch. Established in 1996, Peach Creek is located in Granger, Texas, which is just north of the Austin area. We are a small, family-run operation focusing on the best Simbrah, Simmental, and Brahman genetics. Peach Creek is built on the fundamentals of integrity and dedication to bring our customers the very best. In the summer months, you can often find us picking peaches and making ice cream. Our family's "famous" ice cream recipe stems from David's many years in the 4-H program and has now evolved into nearly 20 different flavor combinations.
We have had another busy year here at Peach Creek. PCR kids made their way to backdrops across the country, and we welcomed our newest family member, Hadley Wayne Hogan, this past January. This leading up to yet another exciting fall. We are proud to present our fourth annual online heifer sale. The cattle in this offering display many years of thought, planning, and patience. We strive to bring new ideas and pedigrees together and sell our best. This set is exceptional.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. Embryo Interest-
Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC reserves the right to two successful flushes on each heifer lot in the sale at our expense and the buyer's convenience unless stated otherwise.
Embryo Lots -
The embryos are currently produced and stored at Trans Ova Genetics in Bryan, Texas, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the initial three embryos do not result in one 60-day pregnancy, one extra embryo will be given to the buyer at no charge in lieu of the guarantee. If additional embryo is needed and none are available from that same mating, a suitable replacement will be provided by the seller.
Transfers must occur within one calendar year of the sale and be performed and recorded by a licensed embryologist.
If embryos are listed as "RSF" (Reverse Sorted Female) embryos or were produced using "Sexed Semen," the resulting sex of any progeny produced is not guaranteed - however, it has historically been over 95% accurate.
Health -
All sale cattle will have the necessary health papers to travel to other states. Any export health papers will be provided at the buyer's expense.
DNA Verification -
All heifers have been "Parentage Verified," with an ASA 100K DNA test done on All Simbrah heifers.
Liability and Insurance-
All persons who attend the various "Sale Events" do so at their own risk. Neither Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC nor guest consigners assume any responsibility, legal or otherwise - for damages, illnesses, accidents, or theft. All cattle are at the purchaser's risk as soon as they are sold. Assistance will be given in the loading and shipping of cattle, but no risk is assumed by anyone associated with the sale. We highly suggest purchasing insurance for your purchases; we can provide recommendations if needed.
Registration and Transfer
Registration papers will be transferred upon completion of payment.
Payments
Payments need to be made at the conclusion of the sale to SmartAuctions directly. Cattle must be paid for in full before pick up unless otherwise discussed with the seller.
Pick Up Information
After the completion of the sale, cattle must be picked up within two weeks of the sale unless otherwise discussed with the seller. Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC is happy to help arrange transport of all purchases; however, we are not responsible for trucking rates and fees. After two weeks, Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC will charge a feed bill for all remaining animals unless previously discussed.
Disposition
These cattle have been worked with extensively. We have done our best to make sure they are ready to show, but we do not guarantee attitude once they leave Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC. Please allow proper time to adjust to their new surroundings. Please pay special attention to notes on each animal. Some have been specified as those we suggest for a younger showman, while others have been suggested for stronger, more experienced showman due to personality. If no note is provided, know that animal is one that any showman should be able to handle.
Simbrah-Simmental Superbowl
All animals sold will be eligible for the Simbrah-Simmental Superbowl show held in conjunction with the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.
