ASA 4194803
Purebred Simbrah
DOB: 11/15/2022
SIRE: JBSF Logic 5E
DAM: FAO Wanda F4
When we decided to run at this a few years back, PEACH Kandi is what we had in mind-fresh genetics built from ground zero. Kandi represents three generations of Peach Creek breeding on the dam side. With several years of patience and luck on our side, we are honored to have PEACH Kandi represent our lot 1 this year. If you have talked with us at any point this summer, this heifer was bound to come up in conversation. There is no denying how much we like this one. Kandi was successfully campaigned this summer, capturing the 3rd overall spot in the calf division during her first outing to the TJSSA State Futurity. This heifer continues to impress us, and thus, we are only offering half interest and show rights on this female. We would be crazy to let all of this heifer go, and we are excited to share the success of this female with our new partners. Get your pen out and put a star next to lot one. It won't be the last time you will hear about PEACH Kandi.

DAM: LMC BBS FAO Nikki
We sold a full sib to PEACH Mango as last year's lot 1. The two are nearly identical. It doesn't get much better than a sporty redhead. This heifer has the look of a show heifer, with the build and pedigree to make a splash in the donor pen. The hard work is done for you, as she sells with road miles already put on her. Peach Mango was 5th Overall Percentage Simbrah at the 2023 AJSA National Classic.

They say good things take time, and that's certainly the case here. We know this is an unusual time to offer fall born females, but this one needed more time on feed. This female has done nothing but get better day after day. She's a showmanship professional and has already hung a banner at a national show, being 5th overall Simbrah at Junior Nationals. Pack the trailer and get ready to hit the road!

We have been waiting a while for PEACH Josie. When we got the chance to buy back her mother from the Keene Family, we jumped on it. We firmly believe in the power of a good 5/8 Brahman x 3/8 Simmental cow and endless breeding options. Every year, we look for a new bull to try, and we leaned heavily on WHF/JS/CCS Double Up. The 2021 Reserve Simmental Bull at Cattlemen's Congress made a name for himself during last fall's sale season, siring many high sellers. But PEACH Josie doesn't just bring cool genetics to the table. This stout made, bold ribbed heifer is a head turner. And as a bonus, she is an absolute sweetheart.

If Peyton had another year, there is no question that she would not be in the sale. She's been a crowd favorite all summer as she showed alongside her mother in the cow/calf division. This heifer is the real deal. She combines the extra stoutness and brood cow look to excel in the show ring and the donor pen. She's backed by some of the most sought after Simbrah genetics, including Pioneer Woman, Dream Girl, Jenny Walker, and Rajun Cajun. Velvet is senior year good and first year gentle. Bid with confidence. We see many backdrop pictures in this one's future.

Purebred Simmental
DOB: 2/8/2023
SIRE: W/C FORT KNOX 609F
DAM: HILB Crazy N Love A475S
The name says it all, folks! We purchased these embryos from Hilbrands Cattle Company, intending to keep them ourselves to increase the purebred Simmental side of our operation. However, with the recent drought and the fact this heifer deserves to have a show halter on, we changed our minds a bit. We will probably kick ourselves for selling this one in a year or two because if you haven't seen the quality of pairs, Hilbrands sells every spring, consider this your PSA to check them out. Hilbrands sold a full sib to this heifer for $20,000. The Crazy N Love cow is a household name for most Simmental families. Here's one of the very few chances to own a direct daughter. Easy to Love is sired by the 2019 $180,000 high seller at the Werning Sale. Easy to Love is an elite-level show heifer who is as gentle and laid back as you can make one. Buy her now and thank yourself later.

The Robin cow doesn't need an introduction around here. She has produced the high seller for the past three years. Will she do it for the fourth? You tell us! PEACH Tessa is a massive, boned, extremely attractive female who does a lot of things right. This is an athletically made female that is built for the long haul. She is sired by the up-and-coming herd sire for La Muneca and Seale Cattle Company, LMC SSC Angelo, who goes back to the great Daydream cow family. You will not regret adding PEACH Tessa to your herd. Tessa is a very opinionated heifer, strong and patient showman advised.

It's Fourth and 10 in the fourth quarter with minutes left in the game and one play to go, with the championship title on the line. Sometimes, it takes a 'Hail Mary' pass to get it done. Similarly, with the limited quantity of SAM semen, we knew we had one shot to get it right. Here is your chance to own one of the first purebred SAM daughters in the Simbrah breed. Like many of the SAM sired champions, this heifer is sure to hit the backdrop. Her genetic profile alone should add her to your watch list, but her added phenotype will make sure she is. Hail Mary is a long-bodied, attractive female with a killer design from the side. You want this one on your team.

Lot 10 should be on everyone's list. The cow power in her pedigree and income-generating potential long-term foreshadow a quick return on investment here. Whether you are showing her ARB at a Texas Major or competing in the new percentage Simbrah division at the National Classic, we think this female has the pieces to get some big things done. Raven is one impressive female. Seller retains ½ embryo interest.

Add her to your program to bring proven Simmental genetics into your herd. Profit is the $400,000 record-selling bull out of Hartman's Bull Sale. After seeing her first calf, PEACH PM Velvet, we are excited about adding LMC JSSC Aspen to our donor lineup. Aspen recently concluded her show career this summer, winning the cow/ calf pair division at this year's TJSSA State Futurity. She is an outlier in her design for the Simbrah breed, reading with extra femineity, length, and extension. This cross has been a home run for us, and it can also be for you.
The embryos are currently produced and stored at Trans Ova Genetics in Bryan, Texas, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the initial three embryos do not result in one 60-day pregnancy, one extra embryo will be given to the buyer at no charge in lieu of the guarantee. If additional embryo is needed and none are available from that same mating, a suitable replacement will be provided by the seller.
Transfers must occur within one calendar year of the sale and be performed and recorded by a licensed embryologist.
If embryos are listed as "RSF" (Reverse Sorted Female) embryos or were produced using "Sexed Semen," the resulting sex of any progeny produced is not guaranteed - however, it has historically been over 95% accurate.
