Here's How It Works

  • Participants must be U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older.

  • Upon completion of donation, participant will be assigned a ticket number. You can view your ticket number(s) by clicking My Info on the menu bar at the top of the Home Page.

  • Two winners will be announced on Saturday, October 21 (Rebecca's Birthday!) via Zoom. Time TBA on the Rally for Rebecca Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners will also be notified by email.

  • The remaining donations received will benefit Help Hope Live in honor of Rebecca Koltun.

  • Winners will be required to complete and submit a W-9 IRS form before receipt of monetary prize and agree to be featured on the Rally for Rebecca, Help Hope Live, and other sites.

  • Winners have the option to donate all or a portion of their winnings to Help Hope Live in honor of Rebecca to further assist with ongoing medical expenses and related costs.

  • Donations are not required to enter. To enter without making a donation please send a self addressed stamped envelope to:  Help Hope Live, 2 Radnor Corporate Center, 100 Matsonford Rd, suite 100, Radnor, PA 19087. All requests must be received by Oct. 19, 2023.  You must be 18 or older to receive entry.                                                                                                                  
  • Donations made in honor of a specific individual, or in response to campaign solicitations, are restricted by region only and do not obligate Help Hope Live to allocate funds toward a specific individual, as the IRS would deem such donations to be private gifts, which are not tax deductible. Clients receive support according to their medical and financial need. Help Hope Live is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
