Biletnikoff Foundation mission is to commemorate Tracey Biletnikoff's life and her untimely death and to enable young people to realize their full potential through the support of community and education programs that effectively address the related problems of substance abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

The Foundations current focus is building the Healing Center supported by St. Jude's Ranch for Children, the first of it's kind. A new 10-acre campus with specialized residential services to support child victims of sex trafficking, ages 10-18, with a holistic array of services, including an on-site school, yoga, gardening, art therapy, psychotherapy, and other services to support a young person transitioning from victim to survivor to a thriving young person. All services will be trauma informed.

The Healing Center at St. Jude's Ranch for Children in Boulder City, Nevada is creating a holistic residential program to care for up to 63 child victims of sex trafficking. The Biletnikoff Foundation is raising funds to construct Tracey's Place of Hope on this campus (home for up to 12 girls) and the Biletnikoff Center for Hope (therapy building). The program will include several homes, a program rooted in trauma-informed practices, empowerment and assisting victims to become survivors. There will be an on-site school, emergency shelter beds, gardens, places for yoga, meditation, art and music all aimed to increase hope and healing while breaking the cycle of abuse. Virtual Tour

Fred Biletnikoff's historic career set a precedent for future players. It began at Florida State University where he earned consensus All-American honors in his senior year (1964). His incredible skills and excellent hands led him to become the #2 pick in the 1965 NFL Draft by The Oakland Raiders. In 1991 he was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame and today its top receiver earns the elite Biletnikoff Award in his honor.

During his 14-year career with the Oakland Raiders (1965-78), he caught 589 passes for 8,974 yards and 76 touchdowns. Fred dominated the Raiders' record books for pass receiving and owned several NFL marks. He earned All-Pro honors in 1972 and won All-AFC acclaim in 1970, '72 & '73. Fred played in two AFL All-Star games and was elected to six Pro Bowls. He appeared in three AFL and five AFC championships and led his team to appearances in Super Bowl II and Super Bowl XI where he was named MVP. To top off his illustrious career, Fred was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1988 as its 144th member.

Following his playing career Fred coached wide receivers for 25 years, 18 of them with the Raiders from 1998 to 2007. In 2003 his career came full circle when they appeared in Super Bowl XXXVII.

Fred and his wife Angela launched the Biletnikoff Foundation (1999) to help young people in crisis realize their full potential after the untimely death of their daughter Tracey.

In 2000, the Foundation launched Tracey's Place of Hope supported by Women?s Recovery Association in Burlingame, CA, in 2014 the second Tracey's Place of Hope supported by Koinonia Homes for Teens in Loomis, CA as well as The Biletnikoff Center of Hope opened. These centers turn tragedy into daily miracles.
