FAQs:

VIP Ticket Holders Reception: We welcome our VIP ticket holders from 5-6pm. After checking in, you'll be offered a glass of champagne and an opportunity to shop and visit our marketplace vendors early.

General Admission Ticket Holders: Please plan on arrive at 6pm to enjoy wine tasting and shopping with our marketplace vendors who will welcome you to see their various unique items.

Dress Code/Weather: "Evening chic" dresses, florals, and elegant pant suits, with a wrap or light jacket for the outdoor marketplace in case it gets cool when the sun goes down. The 7:30-10pm dinner program is inside the pavilion.

Marketplace: The various type of marketplace vendors will donate back 20% of all sales to First Tee OC. Check them out ahead of time by clicking on their websites. Vendors accept credit cards, and some may accept alternative payment methods.

Wear Your Fabulous Shoes: Don't forget there will be a Best in Shoe contest for Fabulous Flats, High-Class Heals, and Bodacious Boots! YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Parking: No Host Self-parking: $15.00; No Host Valet Parking: $30.00

Silent Auction: The Silent Auction is now open! We'll continue to add items so check back and see the great items we have to offer. You do not need to be present to win, but it will close promptly at 8:15pm on May 9th.

Live Auction: Check out on the auction site and view the live auction items we'll have available that night! More info will be available at the event.

"Unlock the Jewelry" Opportunity Drawing: Don't miss the beautiful TACORI white gold matching earrings and necklace we'll have available at a value of $10,000. Your opportunity to win is $100.00 a ticket. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

"Purse Pursuit" Opportunity Drawing: You will want to bid on the opportunity to pick a beautiful designer purse by purchasing a $50.00 entry. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

On-Site Registration & Bidding: You'll need to provide a credit card on file at check in to participate in the auctions and opportunity drawings. No cash transactions. Your information will not be shared with any third party. At the end of the night, you'll receive an email receipt summarizing all your purchases (except for the Marketplace).

Food & Beverage: In the marketplace, appetizers will be offered from 6-7:30pm. There will be a wine tasting station in the middle of the marketplace. Other alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the Cash Bar in the marketplace and inside the pavilion during the program. A light dinner will be served in the pavilion at 8pm. Red and white wine will be served at your table.

Auction Item Pick Up Instructions:
Your auction item purchases will be ready for pick up after the program at the silent auction table. Please don't forget to pick up your treasures! If you are unable to attend the event or are unable to take the items after the event, we kindly ask that you coordinate your pickup with a First Tee of Orange County representative. Items will be available for pick up by appointment at our office in Laguna Hills. Please call 714-833-8221 or email us at [email protected] to schedule your pickup.

Event Description

Come and enjoy the 3rd Annual FUNdraiser, "Wine, Women & Shoes" benefiting the non-profit, youth development organization, First Tee - Orange County, being held from 5pm - 6pm VIP Ticket Guest Reception; 6pm - 10pm General Admission Guests on Friday, May 9th at The Hyatt Regency, Irvine.

Spend the evening enjoying entertainment while shopping our vendor Marketplace with unique and special items while sipping wines and sampling tasty appetizers during 6-8 PM. You will then enter the pavilion to enjoy a delicious dinner during our program at 8pm hosted by Henry DiCarlo, KTLA 5 Morning news meteorologist and sportscaster.

Guests will have the opportunity to bid on beautiful items donated by area retailers in Silent and Live Auctions and a Key to the Closet opportunity drawing. You will meet some of our player participants and hear about the impact the First Tee of Orange County has had on their lives.

There will be a "best in shoe" and other fun contests during the event. What a better way to get dressed up in your favorite shoes and kick off Mother's Day weekend with your girlfriends & family while supporting such a worthy cause that teaches character building skills through the game of golf to the youth of the OC.
