Hi, I'm Andrea! I'm excited to be a Shoe Guy for our 2025 fundraising event for First Tee Orange County. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, my journey in sports began by kicking a ball through the streets of Rome, eventually leading me to a professional soccer career that took me across more than four countries, and allowed me to speak fluently in English, Spanish, and Italian. Along the way, I immersed myself in diverse sports programs and cultures, gaining a deep understanding of how sports can shape individuals and communities. I'm a firm believer in the ability that the game of golf has to teach valuable life lessons. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing personal growth both on the course and also as an individual. As a local, this is a community that means a lot to me, and I'm committed to making a lasting impact by using my experience to inspire and guide kids. How does your donation help First Tee?
$20 helps get our kids out on the golf course by covering a portion of the cost of their green fees
$50 funds the cost of the rental clubs for one of our players during a 9-week session
$75 helps fund scholarships/financial aid for our kids to participate in our programs (we don't turn any child away)
$100 funds one player for a 9-week session of First Tee programming
Any donation amount will help reach more kids in Orange County with First Tee character building programming.

What is First Tee?
First Tee is a non-profit organization that's empowering young kids and teens through the game of golf paired with a life skills curriculum. They create learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids carry to everything they do. Their hope is that through these programs, they can enable kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges.
