3 Amazing ways to partner with us! 

ONE! Go bonkers with us for the 2nd annual Mad Hatter Tea Party on Sunday, May 19 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Valhalla Grand Hall. Only 120 tickets will be sold, so buy yours soon!  Come dressed in your favorite costume - Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, March Hare, or the Grand Duchess! Partake in small food bites, tea, and champagne; enjoy flamingo croquet, a game of corn hole, or find the new photo backdrop! Go down the hole to a fun raffle and see some of our fabulous auction items. Tickets are $60 each and all proceeds go to support women and youth in the community.  Only 120 tickets will be sold.

Maui Condo!

ONE-WEEK (6 days, 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday) condo stay at Maui Kamaole located at Kihei, Maui. This is an ocean view condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful furnishings incorporate bright colors and sunlight to make this unit inviting and suitable for anyone looking to enjoy their time on Maui.

This unit sleeps up to six (6) people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom loft, a king in the second bedroom main floor, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The King bed in the second bedroom can be converted to two twin beds by request at time of booking. The kitchen has large counter space and appliances for your convenience and the living space has a large dining table for your family meals. Complimentary internet and Free long distance to the US Mainland and Canada.

The property has 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests to use.  Maui Kamaole does NOT have an elevator for their guests. Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. Check out your amazing stay on this beautiful island here.

We know what you pay for advertisement on TV, print media, etc., and here's information we would like to share about the formats we provide.  We reviewed just a portion of last year's analytics from Jan. 1 - May 31.

  • Google Analytics for our club emphasizes our commitment to advertise for you and also ourselves! From Jan. 1 - May 31, 2023, we had 2237 users of which 2,228 were new users. This is a 242% increase over our previous year! Users accounted for 3,904 separate sessions and 26,907 pageviews. 58% were female and 42% were male. Our demographics are an impressive spread! 22% aged 18 - 34, 41% aged 35-54, and 37% aged 55 and up. Our amazing results are a combination of our club website and our auction website!
  • Our online auction site accounted for 971 registered users who enjoyed our site and generated 1,172 bids. There we hosted our sponsor links, our donations, and some FUN-mercials to highlight items people could bid on.
  • Our WEEKLY e-news goes out to 310 individuals with a 73% open rate! (5% more than the previous year) You can view how your business would be seen here.
  • Our Facebook page is an additional platform to connect our supporters to YOU, our sponsor. These formats allow viewers to see your business's generosity and helps us to raise more money.


We know you join our efforts because you know it is important, but we also know that advertising is important for your business. As a Club Sponsor for $1500.00, your business LOGO and URL will be hosted on each of the formats January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.  Our formats include our club website at www.sitahoesierra.org, our Facebook page, our ONLINE AUCTION website at www.SITS2024.com, our weekly e-Newsletter, television / radio ads and interviews, and all event articles. As a Club Donor for $750.00, your business NAME and URL will also be hosted on each of the formats. We want our community to know your dedication to enhancing the lives of others.

Event Disclosures

Thank you for your kind attendance and generous support of our annual fund raiser. You are a partner in our mission to enhance the lives of women and youth in our community and the world.

We strongly encourage bidding with PASSION & PURPOSE so bid often and bid big! 

Our club members will be in touch to deliver your items to YOU following the close of our auction! 

1.  All auction items offered are donated. There are no auction items for sale on consignment.
2. A bid constitutes a legal contract to buy. All sales are final, and all items are non-refundable.
3. If an item has an expiration date, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to comply with the expiration date and to finalize transactions within the time frames specified on the item certificate. All taxes, applicable fees, or reservations are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
4. All items must be paid for by the end of the event by the successful bidder. Credit Card registrations will provide payment the evening of the event. If an item is to be shipped out of the Lake Tahoe Basin, it is the recipient who is responsible for shipping costs.
5. While every reasonable effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items and services are sold "as is". Values of items offered for auction are donor's estimates and are not warranted by Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra.
6. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before or during a sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. The highest bidder acknowledged by the online system will be the purchaser. 
7. Any mistakes in invoicing after the sale will be recognized as such by the buyer and the buyer will be obligated to the price. 
8. Whenever prize donations include alcohol, the bidder must show current identification demonstrating they are legally allowed to make the purchase. Alcohol cannot be shipped. 
9. Some of our donors are in a state of flux at this time. Please call their businesses directly to see when you can begin to use your certificates! And in lieu of current conditions, please use certificates as soon as possible and maybe even buy extra items while you're in their establishments!
