Tucked into the rolling Pennsylvania horse country about 45 miles west of Philadelphia, Stonewall is one of the most quietly celebrated private golf experiences in the mid-Atlantic - and the property where Tom Doak first announced himself to American golf. The Old Course (1993), built on a former Amish dairy farm with refurbished dry-stone barns serving as the clubhouse, is widely regarded as Doak's career-defining early masterpiece - a minimalist, walking-only, par-70 routing of 6,717 yards consistently ranked among Golf Digest's top 10 courses in Pennsylvania. The North Course (2003) is Doak's second design on the property, built by associates Brian Schneider, Brian Slawnik, Eric Iverson, and Kye Goalby. It's just as good as the Old - with more creative greens designed so that the "right miss" changes with the pin position - and is cart-accessible. The auction winner has the choice of either course as preferred: the Old is caddies-only (caddie fees paid by the winner), the North includes cart fees. Either way, the day is bookended with lunch before the round and cocktails after at the historic stone-barn clubhouse.

Golf Digest Rankings Old Course #7 Best in State, Pennsylvania (2025-'26); a perennial top-10 fixture in PA since the late 1990s. The North Course was named one of Golf Digest's Top 10 Best New Courses upon opening.
