Silent & Live Auction Terms & Conditions:

By participating in the auction, the Bidder acknowledges that placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Organization and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your winning bid.

For all auction items, Payment in full must be paid by Bidder prior to the delivery of any item purchased. Settlement of payment must be submitted through the online auction platform or other agreed upon payment method and remitted no later than one (1) week after the date of the event unless prior written permission is given from an Organization representative for alternative payment.

The descriptions and images of the items appearing on the auction platform and bid sheets are believed to be correct and reflect all relevant information as given by the Donor at the time of the event. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Donor or Organization concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. Bidder also acknowledges that they are entitled to any and all offerings expressly written in the description and cannot demand additional benefits or services not included.

Tangible auction items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event with proof of payment. In the event that this does not occur, auction items will be held by the Organization for no more than three (3) weeks after the event. The Bidder agrees to either schedule an appointment to retrieve the item or to provide an address for shipping in which the Bidder will pay for all fees incurred. After the three (3) week period, if the item is not claimed, retrieved, or shipped, Bidder relinquishes all rights to the item and forfeits all relevant winnings even if payment has been received.
