We certainly thank you for viewing our fall born female sale. These are the top end of our ET and natural calves, and we believe they will show and go on to make great cows. There are also several donor prospects here once their show careers are finished. We look forward to you viewing them either online or in person and believe there is something here for most anyone. You are welcome to visit us at any time, the cattle will be available for viewing each day up until sale time. We certainly feel blessed for all the friendships and family we have in this business and thank God for his blessings.

ALL FEMALES ARE GUARANTEED TO BE SOUND BREEDERS AS LONG AS NORMAL MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE. FEMALES DEEMED OBESE OR ARE IMPROPERLY CARED FOR WILL NOT FALL UNDER OUR BREEDER'S GUARANTEE. IF THE ANIMAL SOLD IS SAID TO NOT BE A SOUND BREEDER BY THE BUYER, THE SELLER RETAINS THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN SAID FEMALE BACK, MAKE SURE SHE IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND HAVE 6 MONTHS TO DETERMINE IF SHE IS A SOUND OR NOT SOUND BREEDER THEMSELVES. ANY FEMALE THAT IS PURCHASED AND PLACED IN AN EMBRYO TRANSPLANT PROGRAM AND SUBJECT TO SUPER-OVULATION WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED AS A SOUND BREEDER.

HOPKINS RANCH WILL RETAIN TWO FLUSHES AT A MINIMUM OF 6 EMBRYOS PER FLUSH (TOTAL OF AT LEAST 12 EMBRYOS) AT THE BUYER'S CONVENIENCE AND THE SELLER'S EXPENSE Unless otherwise noted.

A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
