Ms. Colombo is a Partner, COO & CFO at GreyLion Partners LP. Prior to joining GreyLion she was Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director of CCMP Capital Advisors. Previously, she held a variety of responsibilities at JPMorgan Partners, and began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she worked in Consumer Markets & Real Estate Business Assurance practices.
Ms. Colombo is a co-founder and board member of Parents Against Vaping e-cigarettes, a not-for-profit advocacy and education organization powered by parent volunteers to fight the youth vaping epidemic. She also serves on the Board of Directors of 1800-FLOWERS.COM and on the board of the PE CFO Association, NY Chapter.
Ms. Colombo received a B.B.A. from Hofstra University in Accounting.
