Four, mixed teams will start the tourney and winners of each game will play one another for the "Hoops and Pizza" championship! You will be shuttled up to Mt. Tam and enjoy a beautiful hike into the club on the "Sun Trail." Firehouse Fitness!

Join fellow SHS moms for Firehouse Fitness, a steamy bootcamp taught by San Francisco Fire Department Captain Michael Smith. Michael's class incorporates the traditional Pilates method of form and control with HIIT - high intensity interval training. This class is rigorous, intense and you will leave lighter, having dumped sweat and having worked your entire body. Your 60 minute private experience is taught in Hot Yoga Republic's room heated to 105 degrees + rich humidity. Join us afterwards for healthy snacks and smoothies, while we lament how hot and amazing the class was!
