IMPORTANT UPDATE
In consideration of the recently announced LAUSD strike, Assistance League of Los Angeles will be postponing our annual Prom Day event from March 22nd and March 23rd to March 29th and 30th.
We are looking forward to celebrating our 200+ incredible youth on these new dates.
About the Event!
Presented by Assistance League of Los Angeles, Prom Day is an annual event that serves 200 high school female-identifying students from the Los Angeles Unified School District who are experiencing homelessness or in foster care.
These girls have maintained their grades and are on track to graduate, while simultaneously managing extremely difficult life circumstances. At the event, they will have the chance to step into a "pop-up" boutique and choose (and keep!) their ideal prom outfit-at no cost. The League provides prom dresses, shoes, accessories, make-up, and more! Without our services, these girls would be unable to attend their Prom.
