Thank you to everyone who is joining us for dinner on Thursday, June 1st for our 3rd annual Around Your Table dining event, presented by the Hooper Legacy Foundation.

Important Information for Participants:

You will receive a call the week of May 22 to confirm beverage choices, and delivery/pickup option. 

If you are picking up dinner(s) and beverage(s), we look forward to seeing you on Thursday June 1st between the hours of 3:00 - 5:00pm at the ECC North Campus, on the Wehrle Drive side. From Wehrle, you will turn onto Element Drive (there will be signage and a volunteer so you'll know you're in the right place). A drive-through area will be set up so you won't have to leave your car!

For those who opted for delivery, you may expect your dinner(s) and beverages(s) to be delivered in an insulated tote with an ice pack to the address you provided to us. Totes will arrive between 2:30 - 4:30pm on Thursday, June 1st. Our volunteer delivery drivers will call or text you before they leave to remind you they are on their way. We recommend that you unpack and refrigerate the dishes as soon as possible to maintain the integrity of the food.

Your Gifts help to keep our chapter's presence strong across Western New York. Our free programs an services offer care and support to people living with Alzheimer's & Dementia and their caregivers in every stage of he disease.


The Online Program

We encourage you to log on 10 minutes early for the online program, to ensure a proper connection. Our virtual program will begin at 6:00pm and last approximately 40 minutes. The link will be provided prior to the event via email or text (if you opted in for texts). It will also be included in the delivered tote with your dinner menu, serving suggestions, allergen notes, along with information on participating restaurants, chapter programs, services, and upcoming events and email addresses and phone numbers to contact us in case questions arise.

About The Silent Auction

Auction items will be live on May 25th and posted under the "Items Tab" on the website. To participate in the auction, you'll need to register as a user. If you purchased a dinner, you are already registered. The auction will close at 7:00 pm on June 1st. Winners will be notified by email that evening.
