Event description:
This year Make-A-Wish Colorado is celebrating 40 years of granting life-changing wishes! We look forward to celebrating this milestone at our new, signature event, Whiskey, Wine & Wishes presented by PDC Energy.
Guests will enjoy great food, drinks and live music from our headliner Shane Smith & The Saints in a casual "party with a purpose" atmosphere, while raising crucial funds to grant wishes for Colorado children with critical illnesses. Your support of this event will help us grant a record number of wishes and make sure no child waits to experience the hope and joy a wish brings.
Special guest, Peyton Manning, will be honored for his many years of wish granting support.
Registration details:
Advanced registration required. No walk ups, please.
Fair market value for each attendee is $130.
Additional event details:
Guests must be 21 years of age and older.
Time: Doors open at 6:00pm, event closes at 10:00pm
Parking: Limited parking is available at Mission Ballroom. We encourage ridesharing. View parking map here. You must enter off of 41st Street. Please be aware that there is construction happening in the area, so give yourself some extra time to arrive.
Check In: Pre-Registration is required. Registered guest names will be on our list of attendees.
All guests will need an ID to check in. All attendees will be required to go through Mission Ballroom's mandatory security check.
What to bring: Your ID and credit card (if you plan to bid on auction items). Otherwise, pack light. A coat check will be available.
Attire: We are encouraging western attire - jeans and boots are appropriate!
Seating: This is not an assigned-seated event, rather an open format where guests can move around the venue to enjoy food and beverage, bid on auction items and watch performances. There will be seating options available including limited seated rounds and plenty of cushioned stadium seating around the venue.
Food & Beverage: Food stations will reflect our causal, country-theme. Make-A-Wish Colorado is hosting a full bar for the evening.
Evening Highlights:
6:00pm - Open bar, food stations, silent auction, mission videos, whiskey and wine pull
7:00-10:00pm - Mission highlights, performance from wish alum Andrew Marshall, Peyton Manning award presentation, Shane Smith & the Saints performance
8:20pm - Silent Auction closes!
