Y-WE Bloom

Young Women Empowered (Y-WE) is a Seattle-based nonprofit that cultivates the power and creativity of diverse young women and gender expansive youth ages 13-26. Our mentorship-based programs, summer camps, and events - all free of charge - center around belonging, wellness, and thriving. You can learn more about our unique model and programs on our website.

Join us on March 16 for Y-WE Bloom: our annual immersive experience into the magic of Y-WE! It's an evening of celebration and togetherness, where your investment tends the seeds we're planting to grow a just and liberated world. You will enjoy live pop up performances and offerings from our program participants. Delicious food and drinks will be catered by an award-winning chef and owner of Communion (one of Seattle's best restaurants), That Brown Girl Cooks! Break out your most celebratory outfit and get ready for a spectacular evening.

Y-WE Bloom is a chance to come together as a community to create an abundance of resources for young leaders and empower them to step into their fullness and effect positive social change.

Doors will open at 5:30PM with program beginning at 6:30PM and ending at 9PM.

This event will be taking place during Ramadan, and in order to honor our community members who are fasting, we will be waiting to serve dinner until after sundown at 7:30. Appetizers will be available starting at 6:00. We will also have a prayer room available upstairs at the venue.

With COVID-19 on the rise again, we're setting a standard of community care by requiring masks unless eating/drinking. We will have extra masks available on site, and we encourage you to take a COVID test before attending and stay home if you feel sick.
