Welcome to the 10th Annual RSK Farms Elite Genetics Online Production Sale, hosted on smartauctions.co. We cannot believe it's been 10 years. What a rewarding and fantastic ride its's been.
It truly is amazing what a difference a year can make! This year seems like a walk in the park, both physically and emotionally. Last year's drought taught us as well as reminded us of a lot, like understanding the value in good genetics and being thoughtful of the consistency and merit to every female in the herd. With this being said, it has put us along with many others in a position where the cowherd is at the best its been from heavy culling due to the shortage of feed. One thing about the agricultural industry is that we are a resilient bunch, not ones to easily give up and never afraid of a challenge; this is what makes this the greatest job in the world!

Its always thrilling to see what the new year's calf crop brings and this year for us was like no other. We had the opportunity to use a variety of up and coming herd sires that we knew could be game changers for us. RSK 173D Command ET 91H, RSK SCK 7615 Double Down 30H, RSK 695D Pit Boss 101H and NJW 139C Balance 207H were all new junior herd sires that were used and honestly, we could not be more elated about the quality, consistency and marketability of these new leading bulls and their progeny. You will find the first Command, Double Down and Pit Boss heifers calves will be on offer this year, the first in Canada and boy, it was hard to narrow it down. The bred heifer group is solid and honest, carrying the entire service to Balance!
The embryo packages are very intriguing. The mating's are sired by All In 7165 , Balance 207H and Rimrock 27C. You will also find semen from some of the leading herd sires in the RSK program.
We are very excited to have expanded Angus program that was moved here by Rideau Angus Farm. The depth and quality runs deep and with the new addition W Sunrise Executive 4J, purchased for $115,000, we could not be more enthusiastic about the future of the angus herd. There are two very solid, extremely well put together heifer calves, sired by Triumph and Atlantis.
