We are pleased to present an elegant array of females from the heart of our program. Over the last couple of years, we have worked diligently to enhance our herd and build back with purpose and efficacy. Our purpose is to help our clients meet substantial goals within their breeding programs. Our passion is working side by side with our family and cattle community raising quality cattle. The places we've seen, been and the people we've met continue to drive our decision to choose Herefords. We truly adore the functionality of this breed. We find balance, productivity and market demand building year after year.
This is a family business; our daughters Tinley and Lyla have been enjoying the show road this year. Lyla, now 8 years old, won her very first buckle and a mini fridge at the CRY (Canada's Richest Youth) show with Firefly 4J under Judge Brett Barber this spring. She says he is her favorite judge of all time and she wears her buckle everywhere she goes! Tinley had some big all breed show wins with two special lots in the sale, Reserve Champion High Steaks Junior Beef Club with Lot 1 Harvie Firelfy 36J ET and Champion Bred & Owned Female at the Bashaw All Breeds show with Lot 2 Harvie Ms Candy 14K. The girls enjoy meeting new friends on the show road while working with kind, quality animals.
Juniors, the new 'Choose Hereford' initiative is very exciting! We are one of the Better Your Beef Breeders supporting Summer Synergy 2023 for juniors to win $5000 plus in cash, prizes and credits at Summer Synergy 2023. If you purchase a female from our sale, we would be happy to help you prepare and have a successful show. Please visit with us about details directly. We have been awarded the Lottery Breeder of the year for two years in a row and would like to congratulate Matthew Charlton for his 2022 Bonanza Grand Champion Heifer Lottery female.

Terms The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, etransfer, payable at par at the sale location or via [email protected]. All females are healthy and under the management of Harvie Ranching with the assistance of Dr. Waylon Wise, CCHMS and Herdtrax. We stand behind the offering and guarantee that they are breeders, unless flushing occurs before their first calf or the females are grossly over conditioned which we feel has an negative impact on fertility. All live cattle and genetics are free from any known genetic abnormalities. Payment for cattle must occur before animals depart from Harvie Ranching.
US exchange rate will be indicated on Smartauctions sale day, all animals sold in Canadian funds. Each animal becomes the purchaser's risk immediately after the animal is sold, we encourage the purchase of insurance. A registration certificate will be duly transferred to the purchaser.

Trucking For US purchases, we will work swiftly to do all necessary testing and will work through Wolsey trucking, Billings, MT to get cattle to their destination. For Mexico purchases, we will work swiftly to do all necessary testing and will work through Peterosa Exports to get cattle to their destination. All Canadian cattle can utilize H.S. Knills Trucking (1.877.442.3106) or another option of their choice.
All embryos are exportable and EU qualified.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction. All CHQs payable to Harvie Ranch.
