YOU have the power to change a young person's life by helping us give adolescents the skills to make informed decisions for their sexual health, and ultimately, their future.
Supporting quality sexual health education is more important now than ever before. Sexual health education is not required in Oklahoma middle or high schools, even though our state has the 4th highest teen birth rate in the country.*
Teen emPower! believes that every young person should understand how their body works, what makes a healthy relationship, and ways to manage peer pressure. We partner with schools to provide quality health education for 6th-12th grade students - programs they wouldn't receive without us.
Your support is an investment in local youth who want honest, accurate information from trusted adults and well-trained peer educators, so that they can be healthy and safe.
