Welcome to Erik's Ranch & Retreats. A solution that was born out of love. And need. We proudly offer a first-of-its kind living, working and social environment for young adults with autism. What sets Erik's Ranch & Retreats apart is that these young adults operate the boutique-style guest accommodations at our two locations in Minnesota and Montana.
An Evening IN With Brian Conroy & Holly Pippel will provide a first-hand look at the ways we are changing 1) the lives of our young adult members and 2) society's understanding of the very real contributions of individuals living with autism.
The annual gala is an opportunity to celebrate the individual accomplishments and progress of one of our members, allowing him/her to feel the warmth of the spotlight and shine bright as the star of the show. This year, we are highlighting bird enthusiast, owner, and photographer Brian Conroy and his mentor Holly Pippel, a wildlife photographer based in Montana.
The virtual gala will be Saturday, October 29, 2022, with the presentation beginning at 7:00PM CST and ending at 8:00PM CST. Throughout the evening, guests will learn more about our mission and opportunities for staying and/or volunteering at one of our properties and participate in an online auction which will close at 8:30PM CST.

This event is our largest fundraiser of the year. We celebrated many successes in 2022 and watched our members grow in countless ways.
