Welcome to Peach Creek Ranch. Established in 1996, Peach Creek is located in Granger, Texas, which is just north of the Austin area. We are a small, family-run operation focusing on the best Simbrah, Simmental, and Brahman genetics. Peach Creek is built on the fundamentals of integrity and dedication to bring our customers the very best. In the summer months, you can often find us picking peaches and making ice cream. Our family's "famous" ice cream recipe stems from David's many years in the 4-H program and has now evolved into nearly 20 different flavor combinations.

We are proud to be hosting our third annual online sale. We believe this set offers something for everyone. The consistency and quality run deep from top to bottom. Here at Peach Creek, we believe in making sound, functional show heifers that will one day be productive as cows. This set comes from the heart of our operation, and we welcome visitors anytime.

Consigner Spotlight:

In 1910, the Mayes family established a cattle ranch in Murray, Texas. Starting as a simple commercial cow-calf operation, the Mayes family looked to raise purebred cattle. In the 1950s, they accomplished this goal with a set of purebred Herefords and Simmentals. Over the years, the herd dwindled, and there were no more purebred cows on the ranch. Fast forward to 2020, the Mayes family ranch was rebranded into the Mayes Cattle Company, focusing on purebred Simbrah and Simmental cattle.

Sale terms and conditions:

Embryo Interest: Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC reserves the right to two successful flushes on each heifer lot in the sale at our expense and the buyer's convenience unless stated otherwise.
Embryo Lots: Guaranteed at least one 90-day pregnancy when implanted within 18 months by a certified technician. Embryos are located at Trans Ova Genetics College Station, Texas.
Health: All cattle in the sale will be ready for shipment and accompanied by a vet approved health certificate if traveling out of Texas.
Transfers and Registrations: Registration papers will be transferred once payment is confirmed.
Payments: Payments need to be made to SmartAuctions directly. Cattle MUST be paid for in full before pick up unless otherwise discussed with the seller.
Pick Up Information: Please pick up all sale cattle within three weeks following the completion of the sale. Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC is happy to help arrange transportation. However, we are not responsible for trucking fees.
Liability: Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC assumes no liability for accidents occurring at Peach Creek Ranch functions. All cattle become the buyer's sole responsibility at the sale's completion.
DNA Verification: ALL sale heifers have had DNA collected at the time of the sale. DNA has been sent to the ASA 100K genomic testing.
All heifers are Simbrah-Simmental Superbowl Eligible
All heifer lots sell halter broke, but Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC makes no guarantee on attitude or soundness once they leave the ranch.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
