St. Paul's Christmas Ornament

Buy your raffle ticket(s) for a chance to win a "Granite Garage Floor Epoxy Coating System" from Granite Garage Floors. Up to 380 square feet, which is the average size of a 2 car garage, will be finished for the winner or a preferred space in their basement of equal size. $2,200 value.
Terms and Conditions apply: Granite Garage Floors (GGF) will be donating a "Granite Garage Floor Epoxy Coating System". The winner of this raffle item can utilize this donation toward the first 380 square feet of any garage or
basement area (not inclusive of additional options, such as stairs, crack patching, stemwall coating, trim
coating, control joint filling, removal of previous coatings, or custom colors)
GGF's normal market costs to these additional, optional areas will apply.
The donation is for the first 380 square feet of the winner's floor only (no additional options assumed). A
good rule of thumb for garages is 190 square feet per vehicle stall**
The average square foot cost of a GGF system is $5.75/square foot so the total value of the donation is
$2,185 (380 square feet x $5.75/square foot) After the in-home estimate, no deposits are requested on the net balance/difference due, but the winner
will be responsible for the net difference between the total (less $2,185) after the installation is completed.Should the raffle winner/homeowner have a garage or basement space smaller than 380 square feet that wins or less than the $2185 max value, GGF will not be able to credit the winner back for any difference. Weather is not an issue for a quality coating to be installed due to the concrete temperature being the
main determinant on installing a quality versus the ambient temperature. Installation will need to be completed by the end of December, 2023 and will expire at that time.

The St. Paul's Parents' Guild auction is the school's largest fundraising event. This year's event will be in person as we raise funds for general operating expenses, an increasing need in tuition assistance, and professional development opportunities for our faculty and staff. We hope you will join us for this special evening as we support St. Paul's Episcopal Day School.
