KEENFest 2022
We are incredibly excited to announce this year's theme for KEENFest: Going the Distance. Going the Distance is the perfect embodiment of KEEN New York; an amazing community inspired to achieve greatness and never give up.
This year we are so proud to spotlight our own Amanda Alvarado-Frantz. As KEEN New York's Executive Director, Amanda has been at the center of KEEN New York's success for over 7 years. Amanda is our own influencer and outspoken advocate for the disability community. As a mother of two and a young woman with a physical disability, Amanda is a champion in every way. This year Amanda put herself to the test. She set out to raise the bar for the entire disability community and achieve the impossible - to race in the LA Marathon. Life is like a Marathon. Through self-determination, hard work, and community we can all find ourselves Going the Distance to reach the finish line.
Join us on October 13th at City Winery - 25 11th Ave, New York, NY - from 7:00pm to 10:00pm as we celebrate Amanda and follow her story around this incredible 26.2 mile accomplishment. Watch. Purchase a ticket. Donate. Thank you, Amanda - for Going the Distance!
