This event is a benefit for Winthrop P Rockefeller Cancer Institute. It is on August 13h at Ranchos de Caballos, which is a Division of the Flying W Diamond Ranch located 2 ¼ miles north of Capitan on Highway 246. The Rockefeller Cancer Institute does cutting edge research and treatment therapies for all types of Blood Cancer; ie. Multiple Myeloma; Leukemia and much more. They are a premier Institute known worldwide for their research and work extending and saving lives; fighting ultimately for remission and cure. We are hosting this at our Arena at Ranchos . It will be a tented event, with dinner catered by K-BOB'S Steakhouse, several auction items and music while featuring some of the best barrel racers in New Mexico and Texas for added entertainment.

Our goal is to have 100 + Barrel Racers, plus 200 Attendees.

The event goes from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Food will be served all day

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
