We are excited to be back in person at the Omni Shoreham Hotel this December!
The Night of Trees Gala is a Washington holiday tradition that raises funds in support of Special Olympics athletes in the District. For thirty-eight years, the Night of Trees Gala has been Special Olympics DC's premier event attended by business executives, professional athletes, philanthropists, and other prominent community leaders, brought together by their passion for sports and desire to create a more inclusive community for people with intellectual disabilities. Locally Special Olympics DC serves more than 2,500 children and adults with intellectual disabilities; we are the sole provider of year-round sports training and athletic competitions in twelve Olympic-type sports. All sports, health and education programs are always free of charge to all participants thanks to funds raised at this event.
