The 2023 STAR Gala: Night on the Red Carpet will include an evening full of light, promise, joy and togetherness. The STAR-studded event co-chaired by Allison Rainey and Jana Seaman will begin with a cocktail hour and a twist on our signature Diamond Drop, followed by a delicious dinner, dance numbers featuring STAR participants, and an extensive silent and live auction led by auctioneer Rick Gallo and event emcee Stacey Deffenbaugh of NBC2 News.  

The STAR Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. The Gala supports innovative, community-based programs that help hundreds of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn skills, find jobs and make social connections.

 We look forward to rolling out the red carpet for YOU as we shine light on all abilities!

Allison Rainey & Jana Seaman

STARability Foundation is excited to announce Allison Rainey and Jana Seaman as event co-chairs of the 5th Annual STAR Gala: Night on the Red Carpet. 

Allison Rainey and her husband, Chuck, vice president of BCB Homes, have been active supporters of STARability for years. She has served on the Gala committee for the past three years and co-chaired the auction in 2022.

Jana Seaman and husband, Brent, were first introduced to STARability in 2019 when they attended the Gala on behalf of their special needs daughter, Kenidi. They also sponsored the 2021 and 2022 Run, Walk and Roll and the 2022 Gala.
