How To Give

Live auction
Have your bidder paddles ready! The live auction will begin at 8:10PM. After registering, you will receive a text with a link to preview all the items. Bidding will not take place through your phone, but will be live with the auctioneer using your bidder paddles.

Raffle
After registering, you will receive a text with a link to pre-purchase raffle tickets and view the raffle items. You must be present to win and please be prepared to show your purchase receipt to the Raffle Staff to collect your physical tickets. Raffle tickets may also be purchased the night of the event by visiting the raffle staff or purchasing on your phone. Raffle ticket sales will close at 7:50PM, and we will have three separate raffles. Ticket sales are 1 for $50 or 3 for $125.

Putt for a Purpose
Can you get a hole in one?? Visit Putt for a Purpose sponsored by Superior Synthetic Grass and Turf the night-of to purchase your chance to win $1000. A hole-in-one will enter you for a chance a to win $1000. 2 putts are $50. Putt for a purpose will close at 11:00PM.

After registering, you will receive a text with a link to make a donation. Donations are accepted before and during the event! A Fund the Fight portion will also be included during the live auction if you'd prefer to raise your bidder paddle!

How do I collect my winnings?
Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay by credit card or check immediately or we will run all remaining balances on all cards on file shortly after the event closes. Items will be available for pickup after the conclusion of the program. Please note that items containing alcohol, items that are oversized, or items that are otherwise restricted cannot be shipped and must be picked up or delivered locally.
