BIDDING OPENS at noon on Sunday, August 14.

BIDDING CLOSES at 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 21.

Bidding is easy.  Just view items and get started!  Bid high and bid often!

Item Pickup Schedule

Winning bidders should pick up items at the following times:

Wednesday, August 24:  2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
            Or by appointment

Note items should be picked up in the lower level social space by entering through the main church doors and taking the elevator to the lower level.  Please bring a check or cash (exact change only), unless you paid online by credit card.

Raffle tickets are available at the parish office and on the day of the festival.

Skip the lines and preorder your dinner tickets now. Preorder will be available until August 20 at 5:00pm.

Ticket prices: 

$15 for adults

$12 for kids and seniors

Dinner includes: 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, coleslaw, roll, and a homemade dessert. Included drink: milk, coffee, lemonade, or water.
