How Do I Register and Participate?
Click on the Register button above and enter your name, cell phone number and other required information. You will receive a welcome text message linking your phone to the site.
How Does the Silent Auction Work?
We will be using mobile bidding starting 10:00 AM Saturday, June 11th through 10:00 PM Saturday, June 11th. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes (auction closes at the same time at the in-person event). You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!
Browse the silent auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Auction will be open from 10:00 am on Saturday, June 11th until 10:00 pm the same day. Place your bid on selected items, and set a maximum bid if desired and Givesmart (this bidding platform) will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items!
How does Payment Work?
Buyers are required to make payment via the credit card entered at registration (this is a secure site). Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself, or allocate them to FAVA. By choosing to pay the credit card fees, you help FAVA continue to provide free exhibitions to the public, and promote local artists.
How Do I Collect My Winnings?
Online buyers will be contacted to arrange for pickup at FAVA, or drop-off to local bidders within the following areas: Lorain county, Lakewood, Cleveland, Strongsville, Parma, Vermillion, Medina, and Brunswick. Shipping will be available, but at an additional cost that must be paid before we ship.
