Strengthen Your Body and Mind While Supporting Equitable Access to Female-Centered Education
Flow to Grow is a six-class yoga fundraiser, with all proceeds going directly to La Pietra's financial aid fund. Each one-hour class is taught by a different instructor generously donating their time to make this series possible. All levels are welcome. Participants are asked to bring their own mat, water, and towel. No additional weights are necessary.

Located on the slopes of Diamond Head, we have been educating young women to lead lives of purpose since 1964.
