Join us for the 1st Annual 

Bridging the Gap Golf Tournament

Carlsbad, CA/ Friday, July 29, 2022 / 12:30PM - 6:00PM

Cost: $300 per Registration

Each registration will include participation in the Bridging the Gap Golf Tournament, swag bag, and boxed lunch. The tournament will take place at The Omni Resort and Spa, La Costa in Carlsbad, California. This event will be a foursome, shotgun tournament held on the Champion Course. 

All proceeds from the event will go to support Global Spine Outreach (GSO) and San Diego Spine Foundation (SDSF.) Together, the two organizations are continuing their collective missions through education, research, and outreach; here and abroad. They are changing the world, one spine at a time!
