For over 56 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast has been removing financial barriers to high quality after-school and summer programs. Our Clubs are dedicated to helping all youth reach their full potential by providing safe, fun, and enriching experiences for kids when they are not in school. Club Programs support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development that have positively transformed the lives of many of our Club members.

This year's fundraiser will be a Winemaker Dinner with four courses by Chef Jeffery Scott. The seasonal menu will be paired with local wines. There will be a live & silent auction, and many other surprises.

Please join us for a festive evening to support Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast. Your participation ensures that we are able to continue to provide after school programs for hundreds of local children and teens.

The event will be held in compliance with all safety guidelines as required by S.L.O. County.

LIVE AUCTION- Any changes in the item description will be announced from the auction block and takes precedent over this program. Each Item will be sold to the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. If you bid with a group on an item, please use the multiple bid forms provided at each table.


SILENT AUCTION- All bids will be placed electronically via mobile phone. Auction concierges are available to help you register or place your bids. Winners will receive a confirmation text. Items may be picked up at the tables by showing your "PAID" sales receipt. Gift certificates are picked up at check out.


Raffles- Must be present to win.


GENERAL RULES- All sales are final and gift certificates are non-transferable. All experiences and trips must be arranged with the donor and used by the dates listed in the brochure. Unless otherwise specified, all services and auction items must be used within the twelve month period ending Sept 9, 2023. Extensions of this deadline due to the pandemic will be at the discretion of the donor. BGCMCC is not responsible for granting or securing any extensions.


All experiences sold at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the bidder. BGCMCC shall neither be liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of any person or property, howsoever caused or arising.


All items should be removed from the premises on the night of the Auction unless prior arrangements have been made. BGCMCC is not responsible for any item left at the venue. If you are remote bidding, we will store your item and contact you on Monday for pick up or delivery. Please contact Kelly Knox at or 805-354-7421 to pick up your item.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL-  Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. The values on some items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast for tax purposes or for general value.
