Thank you, Brookwood Community!
This past Saturday, we held our first-ever Block Party and it was a tremendous success. Not only did we raise over $100,000 in support of the school's fundraising initiatives, including support of special projects and the day-to-day programming at Brookwood, we also brought our community back together for the first time in over two years.
Together we enjoyed good food, fun activities, fantastic music, and the warmth of each other's company. It felt good to reconvene joyfully celebrating Brookwood.
During the event, we featured a Fund-a-Need initiative focusing on one of Brookwood's six priorities for next school year and beyond, our Student Welfare and Wellness initiative. With an ambitious goal of $50,000, we nearly made it, proudly raising over $41,000 in a matter of minutes.
We invite you to keep the momentum going. If you weren't able to attend, and are passionate about children's wellness and welfare, there is still time to donate. Help us build a dedicated space, hire experts in this field, and create relevant and important programming to support your child.
