These items are part of a liquidation auction for Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) located in La Vergne, TN. Items come from working inventory. All known information (features, issues, etc...) is provided with each lot description and items are sold as is, no warranty, no guarantees.

The items are currently located at the headquarters in La Vergne, TN. Viewing is available the week of the auction from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and delivery, along with loading the items though some assistance is available.

Items can be picked up at 180 Old Nashville Highway La Vergne, TN 37086 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST after payment has been received. Please call us with your planned arrangements prior to pick up. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

These items are part of a liquidation auction for Glen Valley Farms. Items come from working inventory, many used up until auction time. All known information (features, issues, etc...) is provided with each lot description and items are sold as is, no warranty, no guarantees. Please call or email for more specific details.

The items are currently located at the headquarters in Covington, VA. Viewing is available the week of the auction during daylight hours. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and delivery, along with loading the items though some assistance is available.

Please note that a buyer's premium of 10.00% of final purchase price applies to all purchases. Purchases may be settled for with cash, check, ACH, wire, or credit card. A 5% surcharge will apply to credit card payments and wiring fees are that of the purchaser. TN buyers are subject to a 9.75% sales tax on purchases made in TN.  All items must be settled for within 10 days of auction closing or they may be resold to the contending bidder.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
