Join us as we fill our Cups with Hope and let kindness and generosity overflow.

The 7th Annual Virtual Cup of Hope, hosted by Northern Illinois Food Bank's Executive Women's Council, is an afternoon tea to solve hunger. We hope that this year's Cup of Hope will leave you feeling refreshed and encouraged about the charitable work being done in our community.

This spring's Cup of Hope program will feature two-time James Beard Award winner Gail Gand, nationally acclaimed pastry chef, and Jenny Tse, certified tea specialist and owner of Sipping Streams Tea Company in Fairbanks Alaska. Expect to be delighted and intrigued by these talented women as they share their culinary skills and knowledge with us.

Help us serve our neighbors in need by contributing to our fundraising efforts.

No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.

  • $1,200 can help send a mobile pantry to a high-need area in our 13 counties with thousands of pounds of nutritious food.
  • $500 can help stock the shelves of a school pantry with $4,000 worth of groceries.
  • $100 can help provide two gallons of milk to a family weekly for an entire year.
  • $50 can help provide five children each with a backpack filled with nutritious food for a weekend.
