The Need
Big Brothers Big Sisters serves children facing tough circumstances - kids from single-parent homes, kids with incarcerated parents, kids living at or below the poverty level, or kids who just need a positive role model in their lives. In Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, there are over 250,000 of these kids who need our help.

We know mentoring works. Last year, of children in our programs for 12 months or more:
- 97% advanced to the next grade level

Don't miss out on the ultimate tailgating experience, while supporting a good cause. Keeping the tradition alive, this year's Turkey Day Tailgate will include: A Thanksgiving-inspired menu, seasonal cocktails with a special apple cider hot toddy bar, local brews, a 15' tailgate trailer with a huge TVs, games, and as always .... our epic raffle prizes which benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence.
