We will celebrate the school's largest fundraising event on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at The Knights of Columbus Hall at Penrose Library. It is sure to be an incredible party as we support students and programs at The Colorado Springs School.
Parking: The Penrose Library hosts a lower-level parking lot at 20 W. Pikes Peak. The parking lot is free after 6:00 p.m. No overnight parking is permitted. Guests will enter the Knights of Columbus building through the parking lot entrance.
Attire: Dressed in spiffy attire - ranging from dapper duds and vintage cocktail dresses to workwear overalls, a-line skirts, suspenders, and wide ties - we will bring victory and moxie to our return to an in-person Gala & Auction. Masks optional.
Mobile Bidding: It's a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) event as we will once again boast our tech-savvy platform with online ticketing, mobile bidding, pre-swiped credit cards, bidding scoreboards, and easy electronic check-out! Can't join us at the event, no problem. Bid with us from around the world using this platform. Text your bids to be part of all the action. Auction items will be displayed for preview the week leading up to our event. Register and receive a text message alert when bidding opens! All registered bidders agree to comply with the auction rules.
Schedule of Events: 7:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Enjoy a 1940s-inspired buffet complete with noshes and dessert, an open bar featuring beer, wine, and a Gin Fizz signature cocktail, bidding on silent and live auction items, a raise your paddle event, and more.
