7:30 pm - Hors D'oeuvres End, Dinner Buffet Begins
9:00 pm - Dinner Buffet Closes, Silent Auction Closes, Live Auction Starts, 50/50 Raffle Winning #
9:30 pm - Check Out Begins but the Party continues!
10:00 pm - Dessert Buffet/Coffee Station Begins, Wine/Spirit Toss Closes
11:00 pm - Dessert Buffet/Coffee Station Closes
11:55 pm - Open Bar Closes/Last Song Plays/Event Ends
We have some fantastic things planned for our biennial Oak Grove Gala on Saturday February 19, 2022 at Audobon Hall @ Independence Grove. Our spotlight project is "Expanding Learning Beyond the Classroom." The dress for the evening is cocktail attire. Don't forget to bring cash to join in the wine/spirit toss and 50/50 raffle!
OGSEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the funds we raise directly support programs and grants for students and staff at Oak Grove School. Come for the amazing food, open bar, entertainment, dancing, live auction, and more.
Doors open at 6:00pm. All attendees need to show proof of COVID vaccination (can be a picture of your vaccination card on your smartphone, no booster required) or show a recent negative COVID antigen test (within 72 hours of event) which displays your name, date/time of test, and test result. Anyone who is sick or tests positive for COVID-19 should stay home and not attend. This is a private event and the venue requires masking when not eating or drinking. All venue employees and paid staff (servers, chefs, etc.) are fully vaccinated and will be masked.
It helps to upload your credit card info on GiveSmart site before the event. Check out will go even faster this year because it is mostly done via your smartphone.
