AUCTION ITEM PICK UP

For many, you will receive your auction item via email or through the mail, however given the nature and value of some packages, you may need to physically pick up your winning item(s). You will be notified via email by the Richmond SPCA by the close of business on Monday, November 8 on the preferred way for you to receive your auction item. All auction items will be available for drive-through pick up at the Richmond SPCA on Wednesday, November 10 from 4-6 p.m. and on Thursday, November 11 from 12-2 p.m. If you cannot pick up your auction items during this time window, other arrangements can be made by emailing Janae Jones. 

AUCTION RULES

All silent and live auction bids are binding contracts to purchase.

All sales are final and nonrefundable. Payment is due at the event's conclusion.

All live auction bids should be placed by raising your bid card and awaiting acknowledgement from the auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of doubt on the part of the auctioneer as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. 

While Live Auction item previews are available on the auction site, please note that bidding for these packages will occur in person at The Jefferson Hotel the evening of November 6 and not online. If you do not have a ticket to attend the Fur Ball in person but are interested in a proxy bid, please email Tamsen Kingry before 12 p.m. on Friday, November 5.

Experiences and travel packages expire after 12 months unless otherwise stated. Hotel rooms are for two people in one room, unless otherwise stated. Travel packages are subject to availability and are non-transferable. Airfare for travel packages is not included, unless otherwise specified. Gift certificates cannot be replaced.
