Auction runs Mon., Oct. 18th at noon until Sun., Oct. 24, 2021 at 7 p.m.

TERMS OF THE AUCTION:  All sales are final upon GiveSmart declaring you the winner.  There will be no refunds or exchanges.  EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON THE DAY THE AUCTION CLOSES.

1.  Everything will be sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block.  Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
When you become the winning bidder at an auction, you have established a contract and will be expected to pay for items on which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. 

2.  Any auction items you have won must be picked up at Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. at 4277 Middle Settlement Rd., New Hartford, NY between  8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25th - Friday, October 29th.  Furniture items may be picked up after 3:30 p.m. only. - please call to set a time for pickup for furniture items.  Contact Laurie Barr at 315-735-6487 ext. 1004 or by email at labarr@hospicecareinc.org.  
 

The ONLINE AUCTION will open at Noon on Monday, October 18th.  Happy bidding!
