Jockey International was originally founded by Samuel Cooper 1876 to help lumberjacks who were suffering from their poor quality socks. The inaugural Flannel Fest and Jockey Undie Run celebrate the company's early history and will benefit the Jockey Being Family Foundation, which provides post-adoption support to families both locally and nationwide.

Funds raised at the event will help support post-adoption service, like sponsoring a room makeover for a newly adopted child in Kenosha.

"Jockey is all about family and this is a great opportunity to not only be with your family for a fun-filled day, but to support a great cause at the same time," said Jake McGhee, Chief Philanthropy Officer at Jockey. "I'm not sure this is what Samuel Cooper envisioned when he founded the company over 100 years ago, but I'm sure he'd be proud to see hundreds of people celebrating our history while having fun and doing good for others."
