Welcome to Peach Creek Ranch. We are excited you are here! This set runs extremely deep from top to bottom. We pride ourselves on doing things the right way, so please look over our terms and conditions. Stop by and check them out in person at our Open House September 25th and September 26th. Sale Terms and Conditions:

Embryo Interest: Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC reserves the right to two successful flushes on each heifer lot in the sale at our expense and the buyers convenience unless stated otherwise.

Health: All cattle in the sale will be ready for shipment and accompanied by a vet approved health certificate if traveling out of the state of Texas.

Transfers and Registrations: Registration papers will be transferred once payment is confirmed.

Payments: Payments need be made to SmartAuctions directly. Cattle MUST be paid for in full before pick up, unless otherwise discussed with the seller.

Pick Up Information: Please pick up all sale cattle within three weeks following the completion of the sale. Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC is happy to help arrange transportation, however, we are not responsible for trucking fees.

DNA Verification: ALL sale heifers will have had DNA collected at the time of the sale. This will be sent to ASA for 100K genomic testing.

All heifer lots sell halter broke, but Peach Creek Ranch Cattle, LLC makes no guarantee on attitude or soundness once they leave the ranch.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
