DANIEL BOULUD RETURNS TO THE JAMES BEARD HOUSE

Chef and restaurateur, Daniel Boulud is equally admired by food connoisseurs and professional chefs around the world. With a constellation of James Beard Awards and many other accolades, a restaurant empire that spans the globe, and an active role in mentoring the next generation of culinarians and lending his name to charitable causes, he's much in demand. But on one special night, chef Boulud will be cooking at the historic James Beard House, just for you!

Joining him will be our Beard House Fellow Mimi Chen, formerly of restaurant DANIEL and part of the 2017 Bocuse d'Or USA team that took home the Gold for the first time ever in Lyon, France and competed as Commis for Team USA again in 2019.

This dinner will be something of a voyage, with each course highlighting one of chef Daniel's NYC restaurants, from the flagship restaurant DANIEL to the newest glitzy Le Pavillon. Dessert will highlight chef Mimi's formidable pastry skills.

James Beard House remains closed to the public and will be opened just for you and your guests on this occasion.

This private event for up to 24 Guests at the James Beard House includes:

• 5-Course Tasting Menu curated by chef Daniel Boulud, Beard House Fellow Mimi Chen, and the teams from restaurant DANIEL, Le Pavillon, Boulud Sud, and Bar Boulud.
• Private champagne reception featuring Champagne Lallier R.016 Brut
• Additional Wines to be announced.
