Please join us for a Virtual Auction to Support Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast!

 

For over 55 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast have been removing financial barriers to high-quality after-school and summer programs. Our Clubs are dedicated to helping all youth reach their full potential by providing safe, fun, and enriching experiences for kids when they are not in school. Club Programs support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development that have positively transformed the lives of many of our Club members.

Autumn Auction goes live October 11th. Bid on wine, food, home decor, jewelry, trips and more! Items will be added as the week goes on--Keep Checking Back!


From the comfort of your own home (or the beach, a tasting room or a pumpkin patch!) you can support the kids of Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast when you have fun bidding during our week-long virtual auction.

Enjoy our state-of-the-art mobile bidding platform that alerts you when it's time to up your bid and even let's you know items that don't have a lot of competition so you can swoop in for some real steals! Keep checking back--more items will be added every day.

AUCTION- All bids will be placed electronically via mobile phone. If you need help registering or making bids, please contact Kathryn Scott at 805-863-2842.

Dates- The Auction will run from Oct 11 - 5pm on Oct 17.

Notification- Winners will receive a confirmation text. We will contact you on Monday for pick up or delivery. Please contact Kathryn Scott at 805-863-2842 to pick up your item. Items may be picked on Monday, Oct 18 at our Administrative Office located at 901 N Railroad. Items may be shipped at an additional cost. Delivery may be available locally by mutual agreement.

GENERAL RULES- All sales are final and gift certificates are non-transferable. All experiences and trips must be arranged with the donor and used by the dates listed in the brochure. Unless otherwise specified, all services and auction items must be used within the twelve month period ending Oct 17, 2022. Extensions of this deadline due to the pandemic will be at the discretion of the donor. BGCMCC is not responsible for granting or securing any extensions.

All experiences sold at the auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the bidder. BGCMCC shall neither be liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of any person or property, howsoever caused or arising.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL-  Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. The values on some items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by BGCMCC for tax purposes or for general value.
